The Lagoon & Garden Musical Brunch unfolds at the heart of an eight-hectare estate, where nature sets the scene. Beneath the palm trees, soothed by birdsong and facing the distant silhouettes of the Atlas peaks, the experience gently settles by the edge of a 3,000 m² lagoon pool.
Every Sunday, the table becomes a journey, unfolding a gourmet composition in which the quality of the produce shapes the experience. Grilled lobsters, subtly smoked, converse with generous cuts from the grill, whilst brunch classics are reinterpreted through Moroccan accents: the crispness of an avocado toast, the roundness of an Eggs Benedict, the softness of a pancake with orange blossom honey, through to the delicacy of a praline cheesecake with Amlou.

A live band accompanies the moment, creating a warm atmosphere and a discreet presence that lends the brunch its distinctive rhythm, characteristic of Sundays at the Lagoon & Garden.
From 1 pm, Sunday opens onto another reading of the venue. The art gallery and the exhibition From Morocco With Love may be discovered in continuation of the brunch, accompanied by a dedicated mediation that illuminates the works and their narrative. A privileged immersion that invites guests to extend the moment beyond the table.
